I’m Alixe, though you may know me as The Smuggler or The Expert Book Smuggler! I am a content creator focused on community awareness, informed readership, and diverse books. While my accounts originally focused heavily on horror books, over time I have become more committed to my mission of creating book spaces that make room for marginalized communities.
As a disabled creator, I understand that it can often be difficult for many to do the labor or educate their peers. It is my hope that my content can help you do that!
For 4 years I worked with a local non-profit rescue. In addition to managing the foster department, I crafted all marketing resources including: pamphlets, websites, and handouts. I have now decided to utilize all my acquired skills in the book community to create content that can be used to spread awareness about important topics or reference when needed.
